Who we are

RALS Consulting is a trading identity of Rehan Arif Learning Solutions FZE, based at Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. For website or service enquiries, contact rehan@ralsconsulting.com.

Information, prices and bookings

This website introduces our training, facilitation and coaching services. Programme information and published prices are indicative and subject to the scope, availability and applicable taxes or separately stated costs. Final inclusions, dates, fees, payment terms, cancellation or rescheduling terms, and material-use permissions are confirmed in a written quotation or service agreement before booking.

A consultation request is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Offers labelled “in development” are not open for purchase; an interest email does not reserve a place or take payment.

Learning outcomes

Training and coaching provide educational support, not a guarantee of sales, promotion, business performance or any particular result. Outcomes depend on participants’ application, their circumstances and other factors. Website content is general information, not personalised legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

Third-party references

References to former employers, education providers, qualifications, clients and professional recommendations describe the experience or feedback shown. They do not imply third-party endorsement or accreditation of RALS programmes unless expressly stated. External websites have their own content, terms and privacy practices.

Your legal rights

These website notices do not replace the terms of an agreed service contract and do not exclude or limit any rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may browse this website, share links to its pages, and save or print publicly available pages for your own non-commercial reference, subject to third-party rights. Keep any authorship, attribution and copyright notices intact.

What requires permission

Except where applicable law permits otherwise, written permission from the relevant rights holder is required to reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, adapt or use protected content to deliver training, build another course or make materials available to others. Public visibility does not grant a commercial reuse licence. For permission requests or to report suspected misuse, email rehan@ralsconsulting.com.

Course and client materials

Access to paid or privately supplied resources is governed by the licence and service terms agreed for that programme. Participation does not, by itself, transfer ownership or grant permission to redistribute materials or train others using them. Any broader internal-team or organisational use must be expressly agreed.

Ideas and third-party content

This notice does not claim exclusive ownership of general ideas, facts, methods or skills. Company names and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Please contact us if you believe an attribution or permission needs correcting.

Who handles your enquiry

Rehan Arif Learning Solutions FZE, operating as RALS Consulting, handles enquiries and interest requests sent to rehan@ralsconsulting.com. Use the same address for privacy questions or requests.

Information you choose to provide

When you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include, such as your name, role, company, training needs and preferred meeting times. Please avoid sending confidential client information or sensitive personal details in an initial enquiry.

Consultation and interest buttons open a draft in your email application. Clicking a button alone does not submit an enquiry, register you on a list or take payment. You need to send the email yourself.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, arrange discussions, prepare relevant proposals and maintain necessary business records. If you request a course-launch update, we use your details to send the update you requested. We do not sell enquiry information or use it for unrelated marketing without your permission. You may withdraw an interest request at any time by emailing us.

Website technology and external providers

The current website does not use advertising trackers, visitor analytics scripts or non-essential cookies set by RALS. Website hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses, access logs and message metadata, to deliver and secure their services. Providers may process information outside the UAE, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

Google Maps and LinkedIn are external links, not automatically loaded embeds. Opening them takes you to those providers, where their own privacy practices apply. We will update this notice if the website introduces forms, analytics, payments or other services that change how information is collected.

This website is hosted through Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Business email uses Google’s mail services. The digital card offers downloadable contact details and brochures; downloading them does not submit your information to RALS.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry and service information only for as long as needed for its stated purpose and applicable business or legal record-keeping. We take reasonable steps to protect information; no website or email system can guarantee complete security. Course participation, recordings and any publication of participant images or feedback are addressed separately before the relevant activity.

Your requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your information, request deletion or restriction of processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email rehan@ralsconsulting.com; we may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
