Rehan Arif brings more than 12 years of experience across sales, customer service, learning and development, trade strategy and marketing leadership at Hilti, including work in the UAE, Liechtenstein and Saudi Arabia. Most recently, he served as Marketing Director for Hilti Saudi Arabia.
He founded RALS Consulting to offer businesses a practical route from commercial diagnosis to implementation. Rather than begin with a predetermined product, the work starts by understanding the current reality, identifying the most important constraint and selecting the intervention most likely to improve the desired outcome.
RALS Academy supports capability-building and practical training. RALS AI supports sales intelligence, workflow automation and applied AI. Both operate within the RALS Consulting relationship rather than competing as separate customer-facing companies.
